• Ponytail Mafia is international! That's right, you can send PM anywhere in the whole, wide world.
• Please be patient with international orders. Depending on where you live, shipping can take a couple of weeks.

What happens if my package gets lost?

• While lost packages rarely occur, please contact your local USPS office and have your tracking number on hand.
