Shipping:

• Orders will ship out in 1-4 business days.
• Please contact ponytailmafia@gmail.com for rush orders before you make a purchase.
• Ponytail Mafia is international! That's right, you can ship PM anywhere in the whole, wide world. 

Exchanges & Returns:

• Due to the small scale of our business, all sales are final.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns at this time.  
• If an order is damaged or incorrect, please contact ponytailmafia@gmail.com
• Contact your local USPS for lost/delayed packages

What types of shirts do you use?

• Ponytail Mafia only uses shirts and products that are either handmade by other makers or come from businesses that are WRAP certified. 

How are your shirts printed?

• All shirts are screen printed by hand in Austin by the best in the biz, Raw Paw

Does Ponytail Mafia do wholesale?
